Mrs Ann Chebet Saramei is a lady with a passion of helping children attain their dreams and also a defender of teachers rights.
She is the headmistress of Esupetai primary school, she has twenty years of experience as a teacher. She is defending her seat of Women Representative in South Rift Valley, the upcoming Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) elections will take place on February 17 at Maasai Girls Secondary School.
Madam Saramei had vied for the seat during the 2006 K.n.u.t elections and came in second, she later vied for the same seat in 2011 and emerged as the winner, and she is currently in the race to defend her position so as to continue serving the teachers.”I’m welcoming all the teachers to come and give me support and votes as you did last time ” she told our reporter
